Instructions

  • Heat the Oil: Add the vegetable oil to a large pan and heat over medium heat.

  • Crack the Eggs: Once the oil is hot, crack the eggs into the pan. Let the egg whites cook for a few minutes until set. You can leave the egg yolks intact and cook them slightly or stir gently, depending on your preference.

  • Add the Menemen Mix: After the eggs are mostly cooked, add the ready-made menemen mix on top. Stir the mix with the eggs and cook for 2-3 more minutes until everything is well combined.

  • Season: Add salt, black pepper, and optional chili flakes to taste. Continue cooking for a few more minutes until the flavors are well blended.

  • Serve: Your menemen is ready! Serve hot with fresh bread.
